- We reserve the right to designate a representative for the inspection and analysis of our cabinets.
- The sole and exclusive remedy of our warranty service is to provide repair or replacement for any cabinet component that may prove defective under normal residential usage.
Warranty Coverage
The materials used by Valleywood Cabinetry are sensitive to extreme temperature conditions. When exposed to humidity variations, wood products may also experience cracking or shrinkage. Our warranty does not cover damages attributed to:
- issues regarding the natural characteristics of wood;
- wear and tear and normal effects of wood aging;
- defects due to product modifications made by the owner or other installer;
- color variations caused by wood species, aging, or UV light exposure;
- micro-cracks attributed to changes in temperature and humidity;
- damage due to natural catastrophes and faulty plumbing fixtures; and
- wood characteristic changes, such as the appearance of grain and knot
