  • Warranty Service

    Here are some important things to remember regarding our warranty service:


    • Proof of purchase is required when requesting warranty service.
    • It's our discretion whether to repair closet components or replace them with functionally equivalent products.
    • Return of products may be required when asking for a replacement.
    • Replacements shall be at our expense. However, any other additional expense, such as the cost of reinstallation, transportation, overtime labor, and communication, shall be shouldered by the customer.

  • Warranty Coverage

    Cope Closet Concepts uses top-notch quality materials for their closet shelving and organizers. However, these products are still not immune to normal wear and tear over time. Our warranty service doesn’t cover:


    • Damage sustained from poor maintenance, excessive heat, misuse, accidents, natural aging, and normal wear and tear.
    • Damage due to improper installation and unauthorized modification, repair, and alteration.
    • Normal wear and tear, specifically in locations and areas with harsh weather conditions.

  • Maintenance
